This means giving more than the customers money. if you are selling a pencil, you could give an added value to that sales by saying any pencil purchased goes with an eraser for free. rather than selling the eraser you give it for free. take statistics of your business activities that period and see the enormous change. i was listening to my Television and i heard under the advertisement column, that a beauty saloon was on a value added services. you pay half of the usual fee for a particular service and this runs for a period of time. i decided to visit the beauty saloon office and behold, the crowd i saw there was amazing and talking with the manger of the place, he said that they had more than they expected and customers were so happy over this development. this same customers will stay for a long term because they know that they are appreciated and valued.
Same you should do today. give your clients/customers some sort of Value added service and see how your business will take a new dimension.
