Value Added Services: Sure Way To Entrepreneurial Success

There are several ways you boost you business strength and one of such is VALUE ADDED SERVICE. This means giving more than the customers money. if you are selling a pencil, you could give an added value to that sales by saying any pencil purchased goes with an eraser for free. rather than selling the eraser you give it for free. take statistics of your business activities that period and see the enormous change. i was listening to my Television and i heard under the advertisement column, that a beauty saloon was on a value added services. you pay half of the usual fee for a particular service and this runs for a period of time. i decided to visit the beauty saloon office and behold, the crowd i saw there was amazing and talking with the manger of the place, he said that they had more than they expected and customers were so happy over this development. this same customers will stay for a long term because they know that they are appreciated and valued.
Same you should do today. give your clients/customers some sort of Value added service and see how your business will take a new dimension.
see you at the top

Customer Appreciation: Key to entrepreneurial success

Hi,
I was talking with a group of entrepreneurs some time ago and while we deliberate on the present situation of business in our economy, i realized one major problem with many business men and Women, Customer appreciation. How often do you make your customers feel appreciated for been your customers/clients? do they just continuously buy your goods and service on a regular basis and you get the cash and profit into you purse and that's all? start a different strategy today, get you customers/clients together and organize a dinner or cocktail party for them or make a souvenir and share to them all in appreciation for their patronage because without them your business won't exist. this is one of the best way to win the hearts of many of your customers and also make them long term customers. this boosts your entrepreneurial income and aims without you knowing.
Give it a try today, plan towards it, it pays than you can ever imagine.

How PROFESSIONAL are you as an entrepreneur

If you are running your business solely for profit making hence not concerned about how much of a professional you are on that field, you are letting customers slip off your hands right under your nose.
Professionalism goes hand in hand with a well managed business. It does not matter the kind of work you do, are you running a saloon for men and women, a mini supermarket, a consultancy services, a laundry service, a crèche, a brick layer, name as many works people tend to take as common and as such don’t say a word about professionalism. The dictionary meaning of profession is a vocation or calling that is either learned or scientific. It also defines a professional as someone that is engaged in a specified activity as an occupation. So you will agree now with me that it is not just the doctor, or lawyer, or engineer or architects or accountants that are professionals. You are a professional in your learned skills whether you learnt it at the back of my house or in the school; you are a professional if only you exhibit qualities of a professional in your business.

Stay keyed as I will expose to you in my next post what qualities you need to possess as a professional in your business that will boost your productions and increase you customer level.
See you at the top!

OBJECTIVES OF YOUR BUSINESS

Have you taken out time to ask yourself what the aims and objectives of the business you run are? If you have not you better do after reading this note.

Having aims and objectives enable you to evaluate how far you have gone in meeting to the constituted plans and dreams of the business. Remember one of the sole aims of any business should be adding value to your clients. How much value does my business add to my clients/customers.

It also helps you get micro loans for small scale businesses and macro for large businesses.

It helps you to be properly organized in terms of documentations and other clerical duties.

Moreover, you get the respect of your customers for being an organized business organization.

Note: you don’t have to be a guru in terms of academics before setting aim and objectives for your business. Start today.

Register your business

So many people run from this aspect of business either because they are ignorant or the charges for the process of registration, or taxes, other reasons I am yet to discover.

The sure truth is that you need to register your business no matter how small it is now with the Cooperate Affairs Commission in your territory. You may not know the worth but I will highlight some reasons while you should get it registered.
* A registered business gives the owner this sense of responsibility and desire to do more in other to achieve better goals in his business.
* It gives you the chance of getting loans from the bank
* You could open accounts with your business name and have a clear accounts of your in and outflow of cash hence giving you a proper audit of your business’ financial activity.
* Customers feel committed to you because they know you are really serious about your business.
* You could be granted visa to travel anywhere partly because they see you as responsible and won’t have the ability to leave your business fallowed for long for what ever reason.
And I could go on and on……..
S what are you waiting for, enquire how it’s done and get your business registered.

How do you run your business: As a JOB or WORK?

Hi,

I have come to realize the difference between a “job” and a “work”
A job is that, which you consider as consuming, time and energy and knowledge driven, stressful to achieve the aims and objectives of the business. It could be your own or you could be an employee, the main fact that you are not passionate about it makes it a job. The only reason you are focused is because of the pay you get from this business that at the short run meets your demands. While work is the reverse, you are passionate about it, you are emotionally toned to it, your persistence till objectives are achieved is rated high. Even when there is you are choked up with demands to meet at limited time, you are not discouraged. This could also be your business or as an employee. How are you running your business? Is it as a job or as a work?

If you are running you business as a job, I bet you it would not take you anywhere; you profits will just be on a short run as a sole proprietorship. As an employee begin to get ready for a sack in years to come.
I need you to take your business as a work, be passionate about it. take the complains of others {customers} first and make your business worth running and see the enormous profits you will continually rake in with out you knowing.
See you at the top.

Empower yourself today because you are a champion

Hello,
I am moved to make that  statement because i have seen so many youths who wait for a call of appointment when they can actually do something great and satisfying for themselves, they wallow in self pity and effortless hope.
There are over seven hundred accurate opportunities that if any is implemented can make you successful {following the words of my mentor}. this  then implies that God has distributed equal  share of intelligence to everybody, if you don't search and bring it out and add value to it, you can never know your worth.,

Many of us have this lazy and sluggish attitude towards our potentials especially when we tend to be at the mercy of others. in helping yourself become great and of value to others, there are so many factors that comes to play. Among are:
*Spend time out to be alone meditatively
*Cultivate a reading habit{read everything you see}
*Be a positive thinker
*Avoid self pity and pride
and as i will always say let God be the first in everything you think, decide and say

i like using the words of my Mentor "you are a champion" i believed so much in those four letter words. they motivate me to do extra-ordinary things. so i am telling you today to begin to work on yourself and realsie the champion in your entrepreneurship effort.
Cheers
